Camp
Hands-on full day outdoor summer camp for inquisitive 4-12yrs children. Nature Camp is all about sunny skies, fresh air and being outside.
Campers will spend their days connecting with nature. Each day includes some unstructured play-time and investigation, as well as group games to encourage cooperation and build friendships. Activities include exploration in the ravine, tie dye t-shirts, scavenger hunts, bouldering (rock climbing), low ropes, panning for gems, nature-themed crafts, water games and more. Senior campers will be introduced to basic survival skills which will include learning different ways to build a fire, building and camouflaging a shelter, and identifying poisonous plants.
If bad weather sends us indoors, there is plenty of space for lunch/snacks, games, crafts, bouncy castles and movies.
Our experienced and caring coaches will ensure your child is active, engaged and inspired by the outdoors.
Specifics
- Children ages 4yrs-12yrs
- Programs run from 9am-3:45pm
- Drop-off 8:30-9am & pick-up 3:45-4pm
- Bring a lunch, snacks and a refillable water bottle
- Registration by the week only
- Extended care (8am-6pm) available
